Sales tax is required for orders shipped in Nevada and for the Rotora and Brembo brands shipped in California.
Standard Return Policy
We accept returns on new, uninstalled items in original packaging within 30 days of customer receipt. You may return products that:
- * Are in their original packaging
- * Have original manufacturer information
- * Are not used, installed, or disassembled
- * Are not damaged due to incorrect installation
- * Do not have missing parts, hardware or instructions
The following orders are not returnable:
- Custom or special orders
- Automotive repair manuals
- Electrical Parts and Components (Such as: light bulbs, electrical harnesses, etc)
A return authorization number must be issued before any returns can be made. Please email email@example.com or call 1-888-344-4949 for an RMA number. No returns on any Brembo or Rotora big brakes upgrades open box, used, installed, or electrical parts for any reason other than a warranty claim for manufacturer defects. It is the sole responsibility of the customer and/or the installer to verify that the parts purchased are the correct parts for your application PRIOR to installation. We assume no liability for costs or inconvenience incurred as a result of incorrect parts. We reserve the right to charge up to a 25% restocking fee for any and all returned items. Freight charges on returned items are non-refundable. All returns must be pre-approved, with a return number clearly displayed on the box. BrakeWarehouse reserves the right to have the customer ship their warranty claim directly to the manufacturer, and not to BrakeWarehouse. The return must be received by BrakeWarehouse, within 15 calendar days after the return number is issued, otherwise the return will be refused. The return number does not imply a replacement or refund on any product, but only that we will inspect the merchandise you purchased based on the claims you have made. Returns must be sent freight-prepaid, and insured by the sender. A refund, exchange, credit or core charge return will not be considered until all related items, hardware, and accessories have been returned to BrakeWarehouse. Original shipping and handling charges for returns are non-refundable.
All authorized returns must be accompanied by a photocopy of the customer's sales invoice, a written explanation of the problem, and a contact telephone where you can be reached. Items returned freight-collect or unauthorized will be refused. Any item returned to BrakeWarehouse that has shipped free will be charged the original freight cost normally charged by BrakeWarehouse. Customers must be aware that they may be subject to inbound and outbound freight to handle and/or process their warranty claim. These freight charges are charged to BrakeWarehouse by the manufacturer and will be passed on to the customer.??No returns are accepted on special order items.
Items incorrectly shipped to Brakewarehouse.com will not be returned. Items not purchased from Brakewarehouse.com will not be accepted.?
Core Returns? Please note:
- * All fluids must be drained from the core.
- * The core must be securely wrapped in plastic and sealed.
- * Cores must be returned in the packaging used in the shipment of the order sent to you.
- * Your core will be inspected to determine if the core is rebuild-able.
- * Core return shipping charges are the responsibility of the customer. These are not refundable.

Refused shipments are subject to a 25% restocking fee plus return freight. If a customer wishes to cancel an order (provided it is not a special order product), it is the responsibility of the customer to cancel the order prior to the product being shipped. If a customer cancels an order after product has been shipped, if the shipment is refused, return will be subject to a 25% restocking fee plus return freight.
